👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Bacon
Place the bacon in a cold skillet.
Turn the heat to medium.
Cook for about 3–5 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until it reaches your preferred crispness.
Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels.
Reserve about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet for the eggs.
2. Make the Fried Eggs
Heat the skillet over medium-low heat.
Add butter or a little reserved bacon fat.
Crack the eggs carefully into the pan.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, until the whites are set.
For sunny-side-up eggs, leave the yolks exposed.
For over-easy eggs, carefully flip and cook for another 20–30 seconds.
Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Make Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl.
Add the milk or cream, salt, and pepper.
Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.
Melt butter in a clean skillet over low to medium-low heat.
Pour in the eggs.
Allow them to sit for about 10 seconds, then gently push the eggs from the edges toward the center using a spatula.
Continue folding gently until the eggs form soft, creamy curds.
Remove them from the heat while they’re still slightly glossy—the residual heat will finish cooking them.

- Cook fried eggs last so they’re served hot.
- A little bacon fat adds wonderful flavor to fried eggs.
