- 1 tablespoon butter
For the Shrimp
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Meatballs
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
For the Loaded Potatoes
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
1. Bake the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Rub the skins lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife.
2. Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently until just combined.
Shape into small meatballs.
Place them on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 18–22 minutes, until cooked through.
Mix the barbecue sauce and honey together.
Toss the cooked meatballs in the glaze and return them to the oven for 3–5 minutes.
3. Cook the Steak
Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
Rub them with olive oil and season generously with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat a heavy skillet or grill over high heat.
Cook the steaks according to your preferred doneness, approximately 3–5 minutes per side depending on thickness.
Add butter during the final minute and spoon the melted butter over the steaks.
Transfer to a cutting board and rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
4. Cook the Shrimp
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook for approximately 2–3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Finish with fresh lemon juice.
5. Load the Potatoes
Remove the baked potatoes from the oven.
Cut a deep slit down the center and gently squeeze the sides open.
Add butter, shredded cheddar, sour cream, crispy bacon, and sliced green onions.
For extra-melted cheese, return the potatoes to the oven for 2–3 minutes.
6. Assemble the Dinner
Slice the rested steak and arrange it on a large serving platter.
Add the seasoned shrimp, glazed meatballs, and loaded baked potato.
Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions.
Serve immediately while everything is hot.
Tips for the Best Dinner
- Let the steak come close to room temperature before cooking.
- Always rest steak before slicing to help retain its juices.
- Don’t overcook shrimp; they become rubbery very quickly.
- Bake potatoes until completely tender for the fluffiest center.
- Make smaller meatballs so they cook evenly.
- Add extra barbecue glaze just before serving for a glossy finish.
