Ingredients
For the Shrimp
- 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Rice Bowl
- 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Spicy Sauce
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions
1. Season the Shrimp
Place the shrimp in a bowl.
Add olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
2. Make the Spicy Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, honey, and soy sauce.
