Doritos Pizza Rolls
Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with classic pizza flavor, these Doritos Pizza Rolls are an easy snack or party appetizer. Pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella, and pepperoni are wrapped in tortillas, coated with crushed Doritos, and baked until golden and crunchy.
🌯 Ingredients
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup sliced or diced pepperoni
- 1 cup crushed Doritos, any flavor
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray or 1 tablespoon olive oil
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
2. Prepare the Filling
Lay the tortillas flat.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a little space around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly over the sauce.
3. Roll Them Up
Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, tucking in the sides as you roll.
Place the rolls seam-side down.
4. Prepare the Doritos Coating
Crush the Doritos into fine crumbs and place them in a shallow bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
Place the flour in a third bowl.
Mix the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and Parmesan into the Doritos crumbs.
5. Coat the Pizza Rolls
Lightly coat each roll in flour.
Dip it into the beaten egg, allowing the excess to drip off.
Roll it thoroughly in the crushed Doritos mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.
Place each coated roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake
Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or brush them with a little olive oil.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning them halfway through if desired, until the coating is crisp and golden and the cheese inside is melted.
7. Serve
Let the pizza rolls cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic dip for dipping.
⭐ Tips for Crispy Doritos Pizza Rolls

- For extra crunch, use an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 8–10 minutes.
