π©βπ³ Instructions
1. Chill Everything

Make sure the heavy cream is very cold.
2. Whip the Cream
Pour the cold heavy cream into the chilled bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 3β5 minutes, until soft to medium-stiff peaks form.
Don’t overbeat, or the cream can start turning into butter.
3. Make the Ice Cream Mixture
In another bowl, whisk together:

- Whole milk
- Vanilla extract
Mix until smooth.
4. Combine
Add about one-third of the whipped cream to the condensed milk mixture.
Gently fold it in to lighten the mixture.
Add the remaining whipped cream and fold carefully until completely combined.
Don’t vigorously stir, because you want to preserve the air incorporated into the whipped cream.
5. Freeze
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Smooth the top.
Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap.
Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
6. Serve
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5β10 minutes before scooping.
Serve in cones, bowls, or alongside your favorite dessert.
